This 3-week series will utilize the strengths that men have to tackle the challenges that they face in yoga. This workshop will be offered for both brand-new beginners and those who want to deepen their yoga knowledge. Jake will provide accessible yet challenging variations, alignment tips and tools designed for men who are inflexible, inexperienced and injury-prone.
In this series, classes will focus on alignment, biomechanics, form, safety and alleviating pain. Be prepared to learn, work hard, and feel great! Yoga is infinitely beneficial for men. It builds character, strength, flexibility and a desire to better oneself through practice.
